WAPSN Peer Supervision Admin Resource

WAPSN in collaboration with experienced independent WA Peer Supervisor Hayley Harris, have developed a resource book aimed at being an introduction to the business and admin orientated parts of Peer Supervision

This is something that has been requested by our Peer Supervisors providing members as many have highlighted despite being confident in their delivery of Peer Supervision it is the administrative needs such as tax, insurances, liabilities, marketing, scheduling, and general business needs that have been their biggest barrier to providing supervision.

This resource is based on Hayley’s own experiences as a Peer Supervisor and draws from the presentation she delivers titled “Business Tips for Peer Supervisors.” The WAPSN team have also added to this with the experiences and feedback given to us from the Peer Supervisors within our network. Hayley’s presentation was initially given to WAPSN connected Peer Supervisors in February 2025, and the information was reviewed in making this resource in March 2026.

Hayley has also generously provided a recording of the webinar she gave for Finding North earlier this year on this topic

WAPSN, CoMHWA, and Hayley Harris only aim to give general tips with this resource and do not claim to deliver formal financial, business, or legal advice.
